To add to Florian’s list: House Industries’s Ed Interlock was released in 2004, if my memory and the Internet are correct, and it had more glyphs than Linotype’s Zapfino OT did.1 -

Robofont and Glyphs were each developed by individual type designers who worked on MacOS and weren’t satisfied with the tools that were available at to them at that time (probably on any platform). S…5 -

I agree with Indra. I have only ever seen either a C with two strokes, an E (definitely not a C with one stroke), or “Euro” written out. And I have lived in Europe since before the Euro was introduce…3 -
